Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made 5 number of days or more prior to the tour departure date will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administration fee.
    Cancellations made between 10 number of days and 20 number of days prior to the tour departure date will receive a 50% refund of the tour cost.
    Cancellations made less than 3 number of days prior to the tour departure date are non-refundable.
    No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour once it has commenced.
    Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Tour Operator's Email Address.
    The cancellation date will be based on the date the written notification is received.
    In the event of a cancellation by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, participants will be offered the option to reschedule their tour for a later date or receive a full refund.
    Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses incurred due to cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the tour departure date will receive a 50% refund of the tour cost.

    Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour departure date are non-refundable.
